Cardio Kickboxing is a dynamic workout that will stretch you
mentally and physically. This is like aerobics meets kickboxing in an
upbeat, bag-thumping workout.

Exercise to music against a heavy bag. Build strength and tone
muscles while getting a great cardiovascular workout.
Cardio-kickboxing is one of the best whole-body workouts available!


Debby Broderick, our Cardio Kickboxing instructor, is an IFA
certified fitness instructor. She is certified in kickboxing, aerobics,
step aerobics, personal training, CPR, and First Aid. With more than
seven years of experience in Cardio Kickboxing and a lifetime of
experience in aerobics, Debby has been part of the KoSho staff for
four years. Outside the dojo, Debby is a site director and preschool
teacher for the Y.M.C.A. She teaches at Wrightstown Elementary
School. Debby believes that if one wishes to have balance in one's
life, they must exercise both body and mind.
